Be part of the Lutheran World Relief quilting ministry by participating in our yearly quilt assembly event on National Quilting Day, March 21st, from 9:00am to Noon. We need many hands to lay out the quilt layers, tie them together and pin the outer edges to be sewn — no experience is necessary.  If you can’t commit to the entire morning, drop in for an hour or whatever time you can give. We will be blessing the quilts at an upcoming worship service.

Last year, Lutheran World Relief sent over 370,000 quilts to 16 countries, with thousands sent to devastated areas in the United States.

The quilting group meets the first and third Saturdays of each month, weather permitting.  Join any time from 9:30am to Noon.  Our upcoming dates are February 7th, February 21st, March 7th, & March 21st.

If you have any questions, please see one of these quilting group members: Joy Carr, Trena Durloo, Colleen Taylor or Doris Warren. Thanks for supporting this important mission!
