Summer Day Camp
With an emphasis on building strong friendships, a sense of leadership and a connection to community in the spirit of Jesus, the FLCP summer day camp provides children with an individualized, diverse and fun camp experience. It offers families a safe, creative and educational experience through a diverse program with trained counselors.
Calumet is the best summer camp in the world — and there are thousands of former campers who whole-heartedly agree!
For more than 55 summers, kids from age 8 to 18 have been coming to Calumet to have the time of their lives. This is a place where lifelong friendships are formed and nurtured, and God’s love is embraced and shared.
For the children of active participants in our congregation, we offer annual camperships. Camperships are scholarships that help pay for camp tuition.
Camperships can be applied to either Camp Calumet or First Lutheran Day Camp fees, and are typically $175-$400, depending on funds raised each year.
